In-House Speciality Techniques
As part of our end-to-end solution, we have an extensive offering in-house specialty techniques.
Glue Bonding
Adhesive is used to join seams, attach taping, and finish hems to create a highly technical, clean finish construction. Can be used on a range of product categories from bras to outerwear.
Laser Cutting
Enables extreme accuracy, clean cuts and sealed fabric edges to prevent fraying, making this method a fantastic performance construction technique.
Seam Sealing & Welding
The application of a strip of waterproof tape over the seams where different panels of fabric are sewn together. Offers a clean, modern aesthetic as well as functional benefit.
In-House Printing
Expertise in a range of techniques: Acid printing on nylon, disperse printing on poly,reactive printing on cotton, viscose and silk, and sublimation printing.
Crystal Transfer Embellishments
A process to fuse decorative crystals to garments. Other decorating techniques include placements such as silicone gel, plastisol, heat transfer, embossing, foil, and reflective.

State of the art “blow in” technology that allows us to fill quilted garments for stunning outerwear.

We currently have facilities to provide pick and pack for global wholesale distribution, and online distribution. AAG will work with you to create product distribution strategy, which can help minimize freight costs and maximize efficiency.
We can offer this level of service with end-to-end delivery and still maintain confidentiality protocols with company information and invoices.
Our expansive 32,700sqm of factory capacity in China, allows us to provide warehouse resources for our customers and we have third party arrangements in place for warehousing in Hong Kong, USA, Canada and the Netherlands.
